Zinc alloy belt buckle
For zinc alloy polishing, the customer in the same city only requires deburring and does not have high surface finish requirements, as electroplating or painting is usually required after polishing. Therefore, polishing with our equipment for 30 minutes is sufficient. For this type of product, 1000-2000 pieces can be polished at a time.
Copper faucet
Bathroom hardware typically requires a high level of surface treatment, and welded areas must not be visible. This faucet undergoes a pre-treatment process to remove weld spatter, followed by a polishing process using my equipment to achieve a mirror finish, seamlessly integrating the welded areas with the overall design.
