ROLLER POLISHING MACHINERY
Why our polishing machinery is better
1. More efficient/lower cost
2. No damage from collisions
3. More stable polishing effect
4. Adjustable size, compatible with more types
5. Can polish irregularly shaped parts
6. More environmentally friendly

More efficient
Lower cost
The main cost is the electricity generated by the 22KW motor, and the daily consumable cost is approximately US$35 (based on 8-12 hours of work). The equipment’s efficiency can replace 3-4 polishing workers.
It can polish 200-2000 workpieces per cycle (the exact number depends on the workpiece size).
No damage from collisions
During mirror polishing, we assign each product to a separate compartment for rolling polishing. This avoids damage caused by products colliding with each other.

More stable polishing effect
As long as the equipment is set with the correct parameters, the polishing effect will be consistent each time, unlike the unstable results that can occur with manual polishing, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the product polishing quality.
Adjustable size, compatible with more types
The machine can adjust the size of the polishing space to accommodate different product sizes.
There are 16 polishing rollers, each measuring 1500*200*200mm. Each polishing roller can be divided into a maximum of 122 compartments, for a total of 1952 compartments. Of course, we can adjust the number of compartments to different requirements, such as 384, 512, 640, etc.

Can polish irregularly shaped parts
As long as the equipment is set with the correct parameters, the polishing effect will be consistent each time, unlike the unstable results that can occur with manual polishing, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the product polishing quality.
More environmentally friendly
We use environmentally friendly grinding materials that are food-grade and harmless to the human body. The main materials are walnut shells and almond kernels, which are reusable. A single refill can last for six months, and large particles can be recycled and made into smaller particles for continued use.
